Antonio and his Twin.

Antonio has received word that his twin sister, Simorella has been participating in illegal dealings with the black market.  Although information is scarce, he knows that the illegal actions have something to do with the teeth of separate individuals.  Simorella and he hadn’t talked in months.  

“Teeth…” he wondered, “There is money in stealing teeth, and there is money in collecting teeth.”  He hoped that Simorella was doing the latter, and if not, that the victims of her thievery weren’t among the living.  The next course of action was of course to set up a meeting and find out what was really going on.  How was the question, they didn’t part on good terms and now she was in deeper than he had ever known her to be.  But he knew his sister.  If she was going to be anywhere, it would be the Green Serpent Tavern.  He entered, his eyes finding the dark-haired woman instantly.  Her long hair flowed around her in an unkept lock, her green eyes were full of cunning and mischief.

“Ella,” Antonio said as he took a seat next to his sister. “You're looking as reckless as ever.”

“Thank you for noticing, dear brother,” she said with a smile and a flash of hate in her eyes, “I think it looks quite good on me.”

“You were never satisfied with what you had.”  Antnio said with a grimace.  “Now it seems you have reached a new low.”

“Tsk, tsk, brother,” she said with a hurt disapproval.  “I only took their extra ones.”  She fingered the string of pearly whites strung around her neck.

“It’s disgraceful, Ella.”  Antonio said, “Mother and father would be disappointed.”

“They never did understand my dream to be a dental assistant.”

“It seems like you're doing quite the job at it.” Antonio said with grim sarcasm.

“Yours would make a fine addition to my collection.”  His sister said with a stupid grin on her face.  

Nodding her head and reaching in the bag next to her, men came and grabbed Antonio and she pulled out her tools and started to try and pull his teeth out.  Unfortunately for her Antnio expected this from her and brought his own men.  After the fight, he had her at last, or so she let him believe…
